Tigra brooch crochet pattern, PDF in English

A brooch is not just an accessory, it is the way to give some mood to any plain outfit.

(Due to the presence of small parts, this toy is not suitable for the children under 10)

This crochet tutorial is written in English (US terms), in .pdf format consists of 13 pages and includes around 55 photos

To crochet tiger you would need:

1.Basic crochet skills: magic ring, single crochet, decrease, increase

2.Materials:

-Any fingering yarn. All colors are about the same weight. Mine are 100% mercerized cotton: Uspeshnaya by Pekhorka 220/50 (265 yds/ 1.76 oz) in orange, white and black colors.

-Matching hook. Mine is 1.25 mm (metric)

-Filler

-A cut (~10 cm or 4 inches) of fine wire to make the legs. I have a floristic wire 0.6 mm.

-Pliers and round pliers to work with the wire.

-Sticking plaster to wrap the wire around

-3 mm insertable eyes

-Liquid instant glue to attach the eyes

-Black Mouliine thread to design the snout and embroider the stripes

-Brooch pin, mine is 2 cm

-Scissors, fine needle

-Pins

If you use the materials mentioned above, the tiger will be 7.5 cm (~ 3 inches) high.
