DailyDoll Shop aims to work with providers that offer appropriate technical, organisational, privacy, security, and compliance safeguards, taking into account the nature of the service and the risks involved.
2. Use of Third-Party Payment Providers
DailyDoll Shop uses third-party payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe, to process payments, refunds, payouts, chargebacks, and other payment-related operations.
2.1 Payment Processing
When Buyers make payments or Sellers receive funds:
- payment transactions may be processed directly by PayPal, Stripe, banks, card networks, or other selected payment providers;
- financial information is handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own terms, privacy policy, security standards, and legal obligations;
- DailyDoll Shop does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, card security codes, or full payment authentication credentials on its own servers;
- Sellers must comply with applicable payment processor rules, including identity verification, KYC/KYB checks, fraud-prevention rules, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering requirements, and chargeback procedures.
2.2 Independent Payment Provider Decisions
Payment providers may independently:
- approve, decline, delay, review, block, or reverse transactions;
- request identity verification documents or business information;
- apply reserves, holds, limitations, or account restrictions;
- suspend or terminate payment services;
- take action for fraud, AML, sanctions, risk, chargeback, or regulatory reasons.
DailyDoll Shop does not control independent decisions made by payment providers and is not responsible for actions taken by such providers, except where required by applicable law.

Sellers remain responsible for:
- selecting appropriate shipping services;

- complying with carrier rules, customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and applicable laws;
- providing tracking information where required by Platform policies;
- properly packaging goods for shipment.
DailyDoll Shop is not responsible for third-party carrier actions or failures, including:
- delivery delays;
- customs processing delays;
- lost or damaged parcels;
- incorrect delivery scans;
- carrier refusal, return, or disposal of parcels;
- errors caused by incorrect information provided by the Seller or Buyer.
If Sellers use integrated shipping or label services, they must use them only for legitimate DailyDoll Shop orders and in compliance with the provider’s applicable rules.
4. Third-Party Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
DailyDoll Shop may use third-party cookies, analytics tools, pixels, tags, scripts, or similar technologies to support website functionality, security, performance measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and marketing.

Sellers must ensure that all advertising and promotional activity:
- is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
- does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, agency, partnership, or affiliation with DailyDoll Shop;
- complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, platform, and privacy laws;
- does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties;
- does not direct users to impersonated, fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading pages;
- does not use DailyDoll Shop branding, trademarks, or assets without written permission.
Improper, deceptive, infringing, or misleading advertising may result in:
- listing removal;
- restriction of advertising or promotional privileges;
- account limitations;
- suspension or termination of the Seller account;
- reporting to advertising platforms, payment processors, rights holders, or authorities where appropriate or required by law.
6. Use of Third-Party Digital Tools by Sellers
Sellers may use third-party tools to:
- design products;
- edit images;
- manage inventory;
- generate or deliver digital goods;
- create patterns, templates, or downloads;
- communicate with customers where permitted;
- operate their business.
Sellers must ensure that any third-party tools they use are lawful, properly licensed, secure, and compliant with applicable terms, privacy laws, and intellectual property rules.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they own or have sufficient rights to all content, images, designs, files, product descriptions, patterns, templates, AI-generated content, and other materials uploaded to the Platform.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content must not infringe copyright, trademarks, design rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
7. Data Sharing with Third-Party Providers
DailyDoll Shop may share limited personal information or transaction-related data with third-party providers only where necessary for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes, including:
- payment processing;
- fraud prevention and risk monitoring;
- identity verification and compliance checks;
- order fulfilment and delivery;
- website hosting and technical operation;
- customer support;
- analytics and performance measurement;
- legal compliance and dispute resolution.
DailyDoll Shop does not sell personal data for monetary compensation.

- do not compromise Buyer privacy or Platform security;
- do not collect, store, share, or use personal data without a lawful basis;
- comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy laws where relevant;
- do not misrepresent DailyDoll Shop or create confusion for Buyers;
- do not bypass Platform rules, fees, protections, or dispute procedures.
DailyDoll Shop may restrict, disable, or prohibit third-party integrations that present legal, security, privacy, fraud, operational, or reputational risks.
9. Responsibility and Liability
Third-party providers operate independently from DailyDoll Shop. Their services are governed by their own terms, policies, privacy notices, fees, technical rules, and compliance requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DailyDoll Shop is not responsible for:
- third-party service outages, interruptions, or errors;
- delays, losses, damages, or failures caused by external vendors;
- independent decisions of payment processors, banks, carriers, advertising platforms, or verification providers;

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Enforcement and Violations
DailyDoll Shop may take action if a Buyer, Seller, or other user violates this Policy or misuses a third-party service in connection with the Platform.
Actions may include:
- requesting additional information or documentation;
- removing listings;
- restricting certain features or services;
- suspending or terminating accounts;
- withholding or delaying payouts where legally permitted and reasonably necessary;
- reporting activity to payment processors, advertising platforms, service providers, rights holders, or authorities where appropriate or legally required.

DailyDoll Shop may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:
