Trusted Seller Status: Requirements and Benefits

The Trusted Seller status confirms that a seller on DailyDoll Shop is verified, reliable, active, and provides a high standard of customer service.
This status grants additional privileges, including faster payouts, trust badges, access to loyalty benefits, and, where applicable, reduced commission rates.

1. Definition of Trusted Seller Status
The Trusted Seller status is granted to sellers who have confirmed their identity, demonstrated stable performance, fulfilled orders successfully, and maintained a positive history on the platform.
This status is intended to recognise sellers who provide reliable service to buyers and comply with DailyDoll Shop rules, policies, and marketplace standards.
2. How to Become a Trusted Seller
To obtain the Trusted Seller status, a seller must meet all of the following requirements:
- complete full identity and shop verification;
- be active on the platform for at least 180 calendar days;
- complete at least 15 successful physical product sales; or
- complete at least 150 successful digital product sales.
2.1 What Counts as a Successful Sale?
A sale is considered successful if the order:
- has been shipped to the buyer;
- has been delivered to the buyer;
- has been marked as completed in the system;
- has no disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or unresolved complaints.
3. Verification Requirements
3.1 Verification for Individuals and Sole Proprietors
To verify identity, an individual seller or sole proprietor may be required to provide:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- residential address;
- phone number;
- social media links;
- a photo or scan of a government-issued ID, such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license.
ID documents must meet the following requirements:
- the document must clearly show the seller’s name, date of birth, and expiry date;
- images must be clear, unedited, and fully readable;
- all data must match the information provided in the seller’s shop profile.
To verify address, the seller may be asked to submit one of the following documents:
- utility bill;
- phone bill;
- rental agreement;
- bank statement;
- or another official document showing the seller’s name and address.
Phone numbers may be verified via SMS. Social media accounts may be verified through platform-generated links or other available verification methods.
3.2 Verification for Companies
Company sellers must provide personal information of the account holder and official business details, including:
- registered company name;
- legal registered address;
- business identification number;
- VAT number, if applicable;
- country, state, or region of registration;
- beneficial ownership information where required by law or payment compliance rules.
For U.S. businesses, information about beneficial owners may be requested, including up to three owners with at least 25% ownership, where applicable.
If the platform cannot verify the submitted data, the seller may be asked to:
- correct or resubmit the information;
- provide official business documents;
- complete additional verification steps.
Once all verification requirements are completed and approved, a verification badge may appear in the seller’s shop profile.
4. Benefits of Trusted Seller Status
Trusted Sellers receive the following benefits and privileges:
4.1 Reduced Commission
- 15% commission for sellers who received the Trusted Seller status before March 1, 2025.
- 20% commission for sellers who received the Trusted Seller status after March 1, 2025.
Please note that reduced commission is subject to the rules for maintaining and restoring the status described below.
4.2 Faster Payouts
Trusted Sellers may receive funds faster than regular sellers.
For Trusted Sellers, funds may become available immediately after the order is shipped, subject to platform review, payment processor rules, fraud-prevention checks, and applicable payout procedures.
4.3 Badges and Buyer Trust
Trusted Sellers may receive visible status indicators in their shop profile, including:
- Verified badge;
- Trusted Seller badge.
These badges help increase buyer confidence and show that the seller has passed platform verification and meets DailyDoll Shop standards.
4.4 Additional Privileges
Trusted Sellers may also receive:
- full removal of item moderation limits;
- access to loyalty benefits;
- increased trust from buyers;
- priority consideration for selected platform opportunities, where available.
5. Payout Terms for Trusted Sellers
Standard payout terms for sellers may vary depending on seller status, payment method, risk review, and platform rules.
Trusted Sellers may receive more convenient payout terms, including faster access to funds after shipment.
Available payout methods may include:
- SEPA transfer;
- Payoneer;
- PayPal;
- other methods supported by the platform.
Depending on the payment method, country, banking provider, payment processor, compliance review, and internal payout schedule, payout processing may take from 14 to 30 business days, unless faster payout privileges apply.
6. Conditions for Maintaining Trusted Seller Status
The Trusted Seller status is granted to active sellers who continue selling on the platform and comply with all DailyDoll Shop rules.
A seller may lose Trusted Seller status if:
- the seller makes no sales for more than 60 consecutive calendar days;
- platform rules or policies are violated;
- the seller receives disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or complaints due to late shipment, poor communication, inaccurate listings, or failure to fulfil orders properly;
- the seller no longer meets verification, compliance, or quality requirements.
7. Consequences of Losing Trusted Seller Status
After the Trusted Seller status is removed:
- the commission rate automatically changes to 23%, regardless of previous conditions;
- the seller loses Trusted Seller privileges;
- Trusted Seller badges and related visibility benefits are removed;
- moderation and other platform restrictions may be reapplied;
- faster payout privileges may be removed.
8. Restoring Trusted Seller Status
8.1 Easy Restoration After Inactivity or Status Removal
A seller who lost Trusted Seller status due to inactivity or removal may request restoration under a simplified procedure.
To restore Trusted Seller status, the seller must:
- complete at least one successful order;
- submit a request for status restoration;
- receive approval from the platform.
After approval, the seller may regain the Trusted Seller badge and related privileges.
8.2 New Rule Effective May 25, 2025
If a seller receives the Trusted Seller status again after losing it:
- the seller again receives the ability to request or access faster payouts immediately after shipping the order, subject to platform and payment checks;
- however, the commission rate does not decrease automatically.
Status restoration returns the Trusted Seller privileges and faster payout access, but does not automatically restore the reduced commission.
9. Restoring Reduced Commission After Status Removal
To regain the reduced Trusted Seller commission after losing the status, the seller must complete 10 new successful sales.
Each of these sales must:
- be marked as completed;
- have confirmed delivery to the buyer;
- have no disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or unresolved complaints.
After these requirements are met and approved, the seller may receive the reduced commission again.
For sellers who regain the reduced commission after March 1, 2025, the applicable reduced commission rate is 20%.
These rules reflect updates effective November 17, 2025.
