Sleeping bunny brooch crochet pattern, PDF in English

Crochet brooches from the series “Sleeping animals” are very cosy and cute! I’ve decided to make this sleeping bunny brooch after I made the sleeping fox, hope you like him))

(Due to the presence of small parts, this toy is not suitable for the children under 10)

The written pattern in .pdf format consists of 9 pages and includes around 35 photos, 4 video links.

This crochet tutorial is written in English (US terms).

To crochet bunny you would need:

1. Basic crochet skills: magic ring, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, decrease, increase

2. Materials:

• Any lace yarn. Mine is Pelican by Vita measuring 330 m / 50 gr ( 365 yds/1.76 oz)

• Matching hook. Mine is 0.75 mm (metric)

• Filler

• Black embroidery floss (Mouline thread) to embroider the eye

• Metallized embroidery floss to embellish the back and head with French knots or just beads

• Any means to add tone to the cheeks, ears and paws. I’ve used black and red dry pastels + cotton bud to add and blend

• 1.5 or 2 cm brooch pin

• Scissors, fine needle, stitch marker (I have a thread of contrasting color)

3. My detailed crochet tutorial. Good mood as an addition.

If you use the materials mentioned above, the size of the toy is around 3.5 x 3 cm (~1.3 -1 inches)
