Crochet pattern bundle: 3 foxy brooch crochet patterns, PDF in English

The bundle includes three patterns of the foxy brooches.

(Due to the presence of small parts, this toy is not suitable for the children under 10)

 

To crochet foxes you would need:

 

1. Basic crochet skills: chain stitch, magic ring, single crochet, decrease, increase, double crochet, color change while crocheting in a spiral

2. Materials

• Yarn: I used Pekhorka Uspeshnaya 220 m/50 gr (250 yds/ 1.7 oz) 100% mercerized cotton in white, black, orange and lilac and brown Lama Classic 235 m/50 gr (257 yds/ 1/7 oz)

• A finer yarn for a bow – mine is Vita Daisy 295m/50gr (322 yds/1.7 oz) in purple.

• Corresponding hook. Mine is 1,3 mm (US size 10)

• Filler

• 1 eye, mine is a 3 mm insertable eye (Black beads for eyes)

• Glue for eye

• Black DMC cotton thread to embroider the eyelashes.

• I used a normal sewing thread to join legs and arms together

• Scissors, tapestry needle to sew the parts

• Brooch pin

• Optionally: pins, stitch marker

These crochet tutorials are written in English (US terms) and contain 5-11-10 pages and more than 20-45-35 crocheting and assembly process photos. Skill level – intermediate.

 

If using the afore-mentioned materials, you’ll get 4-7.5-8.5 cm (1.57- 3 – 3.34 inch) foxy brooches.
