The finished toy measures approximately 6 inches (15,5 cm) when made with
the materials listed above.

Abbreviations (US terms):
MR – magic ring
sc – single crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec – decrease (single crochet 2 stitches together)
sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain stitch
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
tr – treble crochet
x6 – repeat the sequence between * and
the end x times around (e.g. (sc, inc) x6
means repeat “sc, inc” six times in a row)

Materials
– Yarn: white, black, green (#6 Super Bulky, 100% micro polyester,
approx. 131 yds / 3.52 oz per skein) – 1 skein of each color
– You will also need fine yarn in the same colors for sewing the pieces together
(#2 Fine, 55% cotton + 45% acrylic, approx.
174 yds / 1.76 oz per skein) – 1 skein of each color
– Crochet hook: 5 mm
– Safety eyes: two 25 mm flat glitter eyes with beveled pupils
– Needle, stuffing, scissors
– False eyelashes (you can use toy eyelashes or regular strip lashes for
makeup) – only 1 strip is needed, cut in half to make 2 pieces
– Eyelash glue, or any fabric-safe adhesive suitable for attaching the lashes
– One 10-inch piece of thin craft wire (such as jewelry or floral wire) and a pair
of flat-nose pliers for bending the wire
