Shipping Policy

I send all the parcels by mail. For all packages, I will provide the tracking code. On average, the package reaches the addressee in 2-8 weeks. Delivery speed depends on your location, on the speed of the postal service and customs. Please consider these delivery times when ordering!
Delivery may take a long time depending on the postal service. If you have not received the goods after 3 months from the date of purchase, contact me, I will apply to search for the parcel. Based on the results of the postal service report, if the package is officially declared lost, I will return your money minus shipping costs.
Please, pay attention! Seller is not responsible for postal customs duties in your country. They are not included in the price of the toy! Customs duties are paid by the buyer additionally upon receipt of the parcel.

I want you to be satisfied! If you need my help, please contact me by writing a message!

1.I accept returns in original packaging and unused condition within 3 days of delivery of the toy to you. If after 3 days you have not informed me that you want to return the toy, returns will not be accepted.

2. Returns are made at your expense. The returned item must be sent back to you within 7 days of receipt.

3. When I receive the item in its original condition, I will refund the money paid for the item less shipping costs.
If an item was purchased with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

4. You cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched by the postal service. If you don't want the item, please receive it and send it back to me for a refund.

5. Individual orders with your names or special inscriptions cannot be exchanged or returned.
