For sewing dress we need:

• white cotton

• colored cotton

• sewing thread

• sewing needle

• scissors

• pins

• fasteners 3.7 inch/9.5 cm

• snap fastener pliers or snap fastener press

• sewing maschine

• overlock (optional)

The american girl outfit is fastened at the back with plastic buttons that can be replaced with fixing tape. I sew a 18 inch doll clothes from natural fabric – 100% cotton, however, you can take any other fabric. I know for sure that you will succeed and you can sew a dress for the doll!
