In this project I used “Snowflake” motif of my own design.
The doll’s arms and legs are joined with button-method. It allows to move and bend her arms and legs. Specific elbow and knee construction prevents their bending to wrong way.
The written-pattern provides the detailed process on how to work & assemble the polygonal motifs to create the item/toy. There are not only step-by-step photos, charts and schemas for assembling the motifs & parts but also all tips & tricks for achieving the best result.
Additional Supplies:
Except acrylic yarn you will also need some Additional Supplies as:
– polyfill,
– wire,
– buttons,
– weighting material.
Finished item is of:
56 cm – height,
735 gr – weight.
Yarn recommendation
I would recommend you to use thin yarn and make it double strand or to use thick plied yarn and separate it to two or more plies when it is needed 😉
