★ MATERIALS AND TOOLS :

– Yarn:

You can use any yarn that is comfortable and/or suitable for you. If it is difficult for you to crochet using thin yarn, try to crochet using thicker yarn first.

I used: «Slonim» bobbin yarn in 2 threads (cotton+acrylic, 100g ~ 808m, near 42-45sc in 4 inches), beige and brown colors. For the mane and tail you will need a dark brown thread, you can take Slonim yarn in 1! thread or floss. You will need a white thread to embroider a semicircle beside the eyes. And red (floss in 2 threads) for the scarf.
– Hook №0.9 (0.9mm)
– Fiberfill (to stuff)
– Glue eyes (3mm)
– Cotter pins and joint disks: disks 12mm in diameter (4pcs), O-head cotter pins 1.6х16mm (2pcs), on such a small size you can do joint without washers.
– Thin strong wire (preferably floral wire, thickness ~0.7mm). For the arms 2pcs 7cm each, for the legs 2pcs ~6cm each, for the neck 1pc 8cm long.
– Painting the toy: clean water, a brown gel pen, two brushes (a thin one 2mm thick and a flat one 6mm thick)
– Needle, safety pins, scissors, adhesive tape, superglue, thin stick (for the convenience of stuffing small parts).
