Shipping Policy
If the product is finished, send within 1-3 working days after 100% payment. Packaging in a cardboard box and mail package. I don`t send your post on weekend.

The toy shall be made within 1 months. 50 % prepayment. The cost of delivery is calculated separately. As far as the toy is finished, I will send you photos, and you will pay the remaining amount. I will send the package and send you the tracking number as well as the website for the package tracking.
Refund Policy
I check the parcel before sending very carefully and if there is something I don’t like, I fix this problem immediately then the product failure is impossible.
If you are not satisfied with my work you can return it during 7 days after the receipt but I shall refund you only after receiving my product back.
Please note - a refund will be given without my shipping cost to you (40 USD or more) , Pay Pal commissions and conversion costs (10% of money charged). The buyer shall be responsible for shipping the product back.
Cost of the package return shall be borne by the buyer.
