The size of a ready toy is about 15 cm (5.9″) tall

with Sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) yarn and 2.00 mm crochet hook size (US – B/1; UK – 13)

Difficulty: Easy

Please note, this crochet owl toy can’t take upright positions on its own, as traditional plastic tumbler toys do. The toy has such a name because of the outward resemblance to a tumbler.

 For stability, a textile bag with cherry pits is placed inside the body of a crochet owl. If you put the toy on the heater, the cherry pits heat up and it can be used as a baby heating pad.
