Snowman in a cap crochet pattern, English PDF, stylish christmas

Using this pattern you can create such a stylish Snowman with your own hands!

★ FINISHED SIZE of the toy is about 17cm

★ SKILLS REQUIRED: You must have basic crochet skills. Also I add video lessons.

★ MATERIALS AND TOOLS :

– Yarn:

I used: Yarnart Violet (cotton, 50g ~ 282m, 42-45sts in 4 inches), white color.

You can use any yarn that is comfortable and/or suitable for you (I advise you to take cotton or smooth acrylic yarn).

Everything else is crocheted from floss.

Black floss (in 2 threads) to crochet the arms. Hook №0.65 (0.65mm). You will also need black floss to embroider the mouth.

Orange floss (in 2 threads) to crochet the carrot nose. Hook №0.65 (0.65mm).

Cyan, blue (dark cyan), white, silver (lurex), folded in 3 threads to crochet the cap. Hook №0.9 (0.9mm).

– Skeleton, arms and head mount:

a piece of plastic or cardboard, one circle Ø2.8cm; take, if possible, light-colored plastic so that it does not shine through white yarn; and also 4 heavy beads to weigh down the bottom of the snowman

strong wire (for example, floral) 0.7mm thick, 2pcs of 16cm to give rigidity to the long body (skeleton)

disk Ø7mm (insert into the neck), disk Ø9mm (insert into the head); the head will be attached with a cotter pin, but we won’t need the cotter pin, instead there will be tails from the body skeleton wires

strong wire (for example, floral) 0.5cm thick, 1pc 24.5cm long and 1pc 22.5cm long for arms

– Fiberfill (to stuff)

– Glue eyes (3mm)

– Painting the toy: clean water, a black gel pen (a felt-tip pen will also work, read the instructions on page 12), two brushes (a thin one 2mm thick and a flat one 6mm thick)

– Needle, safety pins, scissors, adhesive tape, superglue, hot glue, thin stick (for the convenience of stuffing small parts).
