SIZE: The flat blanket measures about 15.7” / 40 cm diagonally across if recommended yarn weight and hook size are used.

You’ll need to have basic skills to make this pattern:

– Magic ring

– Chain stitch

– Slip stitch

– Single crochet

– Single crochet increase

– Single crochet decrease

– Double crochet

– crocheting in joining rounds

Materials you will need:

1) Yarn: fine (sport) weight yarn (50 g / 160 m).

I used YarnArt Jeans yarn (55% cotton / 45% acrylic; 50g / 160m).

Colors: brown (1.5 balls), lemon (1 ball).

Actually you may use any other yarn of similar thickness.

2) Crochet hook 2.5 mm or suitable for your yarn.

3) Black thin cotton thread to embroider eyes, nose, and mouth.

I used thin cotton yarn (25 g / 150 m). It’s also possible to use DMC embroidery floss.

4) Stuffing material.

5) Tapestry needle.

6) Safety pins.

7) Scissors.
