ABOUT THIS PATTERN

This pattern includes step-by-step photo instructions and full-size pattern pieces to make a mini horse stuffed animal.
The horse comes with two outfit sets — one for a boy and one for a girl. Choose your favorite, or sew them both!
The boy’s set includes overalls, a shirt, a vest, and a snap-on bandana.
The girl’s set includes a dress with a gathered skirt, a bolero-style vest, and a snap-on bandana.
All pieces are fully lined and fasten with snaps (except the open-front girl’s vest). You will find the clothes easy to make in spite of their small size, using my technique.
The mane and tail are made from yarn for a soft, playful finish. They can look completely different depending on your yarn. Experiment with textures and thicknesses to create unique effects — a thick, wooly yarn creates a cozy look, while a thin, silky thread gives a sleek, elegant mane.
The horse easily fits in a pocket and it’s perfect to take along for a walk or for a trip. Please note: The softie does not stand without support.

SIZE: without ears 15.5 cm (6-1/8″), with ears 16.5 cm (6-1/2″)

SERIES: This doll is part of my MINI doll series. All mini sized accessories fit it perfectly.
