PDF CROCHET PATTERN to create a beautiful Spring Fairy doll!

LANGUAGE: English – US crochet terms.

MATERIALS:

1. DK yarn, for example Vita Cotton Lily 50g/125 m (1,8 oz/137 yds), Vita Cotton Charm 50g/106 m (1,8 oz/116 yds) or Sport yarn – YarnArt Jeans 50g/160 m (1,8 oz/174 yds), Drops Safran (1,8 oz/174 yds).

Colours:

Beige (about 50 m/55 yds) Off white or ivory (about 40 m/44 yds)

Main green colour #1 for dress (about 40 m/44 yds)

Green #2 for boots and panties and #3 for lower ruffle and leaves garland (small quantity)

2. Crochet hook according to your yarn (I use Clover 1,75 or 1,5).

3. Tapestry needle, sewing needle. Black thread to sew button eyes.

4. Brown thread for eyebrows, black thread for eyelashes. White yarn for embroidering whites of the eyes. Green embroidery thread for embroidering a sprig with leaves.

5. Button eyes or safety eyes diameter 6 mm (or 5 mm for a doll made of Drops Safran).

6. Polyester fiberfill. A small button for the dress.

SIZE: The finished toy is about 17 cm if you use the specified yarn and crochet hook.

LEVEL:  Intermediate

SKILLS TECHNIC NEEDED:
Magic ring, crocheting in spiral, single crochet, slip stitch, increase and decrease stitches, color changing and ability to sew multiple pieces together.
