Miniature Tiger + Lion Toy CROCHET PATTERN, amigurumi tiger

With this Miniature Tiger/Lion Toy CROCHET PATTERN you will be able to make a miniature baby tiger or lion amigurumi toy which can be either a crochet Blythe pet, or a keychain, or just a tiny pocket talisman.

PLEASE NOTE!

This crochet pattern is in English (US terms) and contains detailed instructions and auxiliary photo- and video instructions (the video tips may be in Russian, but they are very clear to understand and follow) of the stuffed mini tiger/lion cub toy creation.

You have to master basic crochet skills (single crochet, chain stitches, slip stitch, increase / decrease, etc.).

You will need:

o yarn: for a tiger cub – (fine chenille) in ginger and white, for a lion cub – (fine chenille) in yellow mustard (I used Ice Yarns Chenille, 50 g/250 m);

o textured pile yarn: for the lion mane and tail, in brown (you can use any pile yarn you like;

o 1.5 mm crochet hook for the rabbit and 1 mm crochet hook for the jacket as well as finishing pieces and weaving ends;

o stuffing material (polyester);

o 4-5 mm black half beads for eyes;

o clear super glue to attach eyes;

o buttons – 2 pcs;

o strong thread of matching color for thread jointing of pieces (I used semi cotton Yarnart Jeans, 50 g/250 m, of matching color);

o embroidery floss in black, pink and green (for decoration);

o strong fine thread for sculpting the face and whiskers attachment;

o thin dark colored fishing line for whiskers (optional);

o scissors, marker(s) and other auxiliary tools and materials.

Finished size: If you crochet your toy with tools & materials recommended in this pattern your finished item will be about 3.5 in (8 cm).
