Delivery terms
Delivery times in 2022 may increase due to illness. Please treat with understanding.

Delivery times may increase during the Christmas period for all regions.

Parcel is not updated within 30 days:
I am applying to the post office
-I am not responsible for the delivery time and customs work
-If the parcel is lost (postal proceedings within 60-90 days)
You can do your own search for the package.

I mark the parcel as a gift.

Additional customs duty (if any) is paid by the buyer.

If your customs has a duty, you must pay it yourself.
Custom and personalized orders:
If the goods are damaged or partially lost, please take a document about it from your mail and send it to me. And then I will solve this issue.
I accept exchange and return. But you must provide me with a photo or video confirmation that the goods are damaged.
