The listing contains 1 PDF, describing the hands with fingers crocheting process:
— For Mari, sitting doll, who has arms with bending elbows;
— And for Taya, a standing doll with stiff elbows.
The PDF contains a description of how to crochet the hands, and how to attach them and continue the arms for both of my dolls.

This pattern doesn’t contain the body tutorial, only hands-arms crocheting process.
These hands can also fit the other dolls of the same size. You can try attaching the hands or the whole arms to other crocheted dolls.
