I carefully inspect every item before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and the item. I will review the situation and offer a suitable solution.

Possible solutions may include:

replacement (if possible);
repair assistance;
partial or full refund in case of confirmed damage.

Custom-made or personalized miniatures cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
