The size of the finished toy is 22-25 cm (8.5-10 inches) with spikes and crest.

You may crochet your dinosaurs of cotton, semi-cotton, or any yarn you like, but note, that the height of the toy will be different. For example, the dinosaur made of semi-cotton (Alize Cotton Gold, YarnArt Jeans) is 12-13 cm (4,7-5 inches) high.

The difficulty level is average.

You need to have initial crochet skills to follow this pattern.

Materials:

1) Green yarn YarnArt Dolce 772 (120m/100g) (Himalaya Dolphin Baby 361), 1 skein;

2) Milky yarn YarnArt Dolce 745 (120m/100g) (Himalaya Dolphin Baby 308), 10-15 g;

3) Black safety eyes, 14 mm;

4) Black yarn for embroidery (eyelashes, eyebrows, mouth);

5) Milky yarn for the spots and leg embroidery – YarnArt Jeans 03

6) Threads of correspondent colors for sewing the parts (nose, spikes, spots and crest);

7) Synthetic fiberfill;

8) Crochet hook 3-4 mm. Choose the hook according to desired crochet density and yarn type. Crochet a small template to define the right size of the hook; This toy requires dense crocheting. I worked with a hook 3.5 mm, medium dense yarn.

9) Stitch markers, 8 pieces;

10) Pins.
