Crochet ENGLISH PATTERN doll Kate the Witch

Crochet pattern in English:

– pdf-file;

The doll is on wire skeleton, but you can create your doll without it.

Pattern contain description of doll, dress, shoes, hat, bag, glasses and broomstick.

Pattern does not contain crochet lessons. You must have basic crochet skills. Skill level – medium.

Supplies

The size of a ready doll is 10,53 inches, if you use supplies mentioned below.

1) yarn of 6 colors: beige, black, white, green, orange, “red clay” for hair:

– YarnArt Jeans, 50g/160m, 55% cotton, 45% acryl, color 07 (beige) – for body, color 53 (black) – for dress, hat, bag and shoes, color 62 (white) – for pants, color 85 (orange) – for bag;

–  Alpina Anabel,  50g/120m, 100% mercerized cotton, color – 015 (green) – for dress and hat (use YarnArt Jeans color 52 instead);

– woolen moulinet thread by “Rainbow”, color 301 (red clay) – for hair (about 15 skeins);

You can use any other yarn of the same characteristics.

2) hook, suitable for the chosen yarn, I’ve used – Tulip 1,5;

3) moulinet thread of black, white and brown colors, some pieces of  YarnArt Jeans, color 62 (white),  color 85 (orange) – for embroidery;

4) alluminium wire of 2mm thick (2 pieces of about 11,02 inches long) and 2 pieces 1/1,5mm of black color (1 piece of about 10,23 inches long and 1 piece of about 11,42 inches long) and some adhesive plaster;

If you are going to make the doll without any skeleton, you should use barbecue skewer or any other skeleton for the neck.

5) colored eyes 10mm;

6) 3 buttons of black color, dia 10 mm;

7) oil pastel of brown, white and peach/pink colors (you can use blusher insteaad), a brush to tint;

8) the pliers, scissors, pins;

9) a needle and a tapestry needle;

10) fiberfill;

11) 2 small invisible scrunchies.
