= Techniques=

You have to be able to make the following stitches in this pattern:

• slip stitch
• single crochet
• double crochet
• half double crochet
• treble crochet
• increasing
• decreasing



Materials:

– yarn (for logs): sport

or use any suitable yarn

– beige yarn (for logs)
– red yarn (for birds)
– brown/beige yarn (for Robin birds)
– a little bit of orange yarn (for Robin birds)
– black yarn
– fine yellow yarn for the beak
– some dark brown yarn for embroidery on logs
– decorative small bells (optional)
– a strong cardboard (for the round part of logs) and super glue
– 2.5 mm size crochet hook (for logs) and 1.5 mm size for birds
– Fiberfill (to stuff)
– yarn needle (to sew parts of amigurumi)
– sewing pins (to help when assembling)
– long needle with a wide eye
