-All possible customs fees and taxes upon arrival in destination country are buyers responsibility.

Delivery time
If the item hasn’t arrived in 2 months, please contact me. I will log an investigation through the Russian Post. If the parcel is officially recognized lost, I will refund you 100% of the payment.

An incorrect address or any reason
Please provide the correct address when placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address or any reason, the cost of resending is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please remember that the doll is made by hand with great love, I guarantee quality materials and work, but before buying, carefully read the photo and description, there is no return on dolls.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund
A refund for the product will be made after I receive the product

Damaged or defective
If you sent a refund back to me, arrive damaged or defective-I will make a refund of 50% of the value of the item.

Custom and personalized orders
My dolls and toys were custom-made - they are not perfect in the factory and may have some minor flaws, as all of them are one of a kind. IT'S NOT PERFECT-IT'S HANDMADE
