The Platform connects Buyers and independent Sellers worldwide.
DailyDoll Shop itself generally does not manufacture, own, store, or directly sell listed products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

DailyDoll Shop and independent Sellers may act as separate and independent data controllers regarding Buyer data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
Sellers are independently responsible for lawful handling of Buyer information obtained through transactions.
5. Eligibility and Accounts
5.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services independently.
Users aged 13 to 17 may only use the Services through an account owned and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.
5.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- use misleading information;
- create fraudulent accounts;

Sellers must not:

- circumvent Platform fees;
- manipulate reviews;
- engage in fraud or deceptive practices;
- mislead Buyers.
7. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- provide accurate shipping and payment information;
- pay for purchased items;
- comply with applicable laws;
- communicate respectfully with Sellers and Platform staff;
- avoid fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (“Your Content”).
By posting content through the Services, you grant DailyDoll Shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- display;
- host;
- store;
- translate;
- modify for technical purposes;
- promote;
- distribute;
- use Your Content in connection with operating and marketing the Services.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights to Your Content.
9. Intellectual Property
Users must respect intellectual property rights.
You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that infringes:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;

DailyDoll Shop may remove allegedly infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.

11. Orders, Shipping, Returns, Digital Goods, and Marketplace Transactions
11.1 Marketplace Role and Independent Sellers
DailyDoll Shop operates as an online marketplace connecting independent Sellers and Buyers worldwide.
Most products offered on the Platform are:
- handmade;
- custom-made;
- made-to-order;
- limited edition;
- collectible;
- digital products.
Because of the unique nature of these products, certain withdrawal or return rights applicable to mass-produced retail goods may not apply where legally permitted.
11.2 Shipping and Delivery
Sellers are responsible for shipping purchased items within the processing times stated in their listings.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless required by law.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, strikes, force majeure, or other events outside reasonable control do not automatically constitute Seller fault.
11.3 Return Requests and Refunds
Return, refund, replacement, or Store Credit requests should generally be submitted within 180 calendar days from purchase unless local law provides otherwise.
Refunds may be available in cases including:
- item not as described;
- wrong item received;
- damage during shipping;
- non-delivery caused by Seller or carrier.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for cancellation or return rights where permitted by law.
11.4 Store Credit
In some situations, Store Credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund where permitted by applicable law.
Store Credit may:
- be limited to use on the Platform;
- have expiration periods;
- be non-transferable;
- not be redeemable for cash unless legally required.
11.5 Digital Goods
Digital products generally cannot be refunded once access or download has been provided because they can be copied or stored immediately.
Exceptions may apply if:
- the file is corrupted;
- the wrong file was delivered;
- the product materially differs from its description;
- mandatory law requires a refund.
11.6 Deposit Payments
Deposit payments for custom or reserved orders may be non-refundable where:
- materials were purchased;
- production started;
- the Buyer agreed to deposit conditions.
Non-refundable deposits may be temporarily held for up to 180 days for fraud-prevention purposes.
12. Payments and Financial Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers including:
- Stripe;
- PayPal;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- banks and other supported payment systems.
DailyDoll Shop uses SSL/TLS encryption and industry-standard security protections.
Payment providers may independently:
- request verification documents;
- delay transactions;
- freeze funds;
- apply reserves;
- block transactions for compliance or fraud-prevention reasons.
DailyDoll Shop does not control independent processor decisions.
13. Fees and Commissions
Sellers agree to pay applicable Platform fees.
Current commission structure may include:
- 23% commission for standard sellers;
- 20% commission for Trusted Sellers;
- additional payment processing fees;
- external advertising fees where applicable.
Listing fees, subscription plans, taxes, and payment terms are described in the Fees and Payments Policy.
14. Trusted Seller Status
DailyDoll Shop may grant Trusted Seller status to verified Sellers meeting activity and performance requirements.
Trusted Sellers may receive:
- faster payouts;
- reduced commissions;
- verification badges;
- additional moderation privileges.
Requirements and restoration procedures are described in the Trusted Seller Policy.
15. Suspension and Termination
DailyDoll Shop may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- violations of these Terms;
- fraud or abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- illegal activity;
- sanctions compliance issues;
- security risks;
- policy violations.
Inactive accounts may also be suspended or removed according to Platform rules.
16. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or link to third-party providers.
DailyDoll Shop is not responsible for third-party:
- services;
- websites;
- payment processors;
- shipping providers;
- external software;
- advertising platforms.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by separate agreements.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
DailyDoll Shop does not guarantee:
- continuous availability;
- error-free operation;
- specific sales results;
- accuracy of third-party content;
- quality or legality of Seller products.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDoll Shop shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- business interruption;
- loss of data;
- reputational harm;
- indirect or consequential damages;
- Seller conduct;
- Buyer conduct;
- shipping delays;
- payment processor actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify DailyDoll Shop from claims arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your listings or products;
- your violation of law;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of third-party rights.
20. Disputes Between Users
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
DailyDoll Shop may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to resolve disputes or act as a court.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under local law.
Where legally enforceable, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
Consumers residing in the EU may also have access to local consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
22. Changes to the Terms
DailyDoll Shop may modify these Terms at any time.
Material updates may be communicated through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
DailyDoll Shop may assign rights or obligations under these Terms.
