This Seller Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes mandatory legal, ethical, and professional standards for all sellers operating on the DailyDoll Shop marketplace (“Platform”, “DailyDoll Shop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By opening, operating, or maintaining a shop on the Platform, each seller (“Seller”) agrees to comply with this Code, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Anti-Discrimination & Harassment Policy, Delivery Policy, Return Policy, applicable laws, and all other Platform policies.

This Code applies not only to Sellers, but also to their employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, subcontractors, and any other persons acting on behalf of the Seller (“Seller Personnel”).

DailyDoll Shop reserves the right to review, monitor, investigate, audit, and enforce compliance with this Code. Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account restrictions, suspension, withholding of payouts where legally permitted, or permanent account termination.

Nothing in this Code limits any mandatory legal rights or obligations under applicable law.

1. Compliance With Laws and Regulations

1.1 General Legal Compliance

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and legal requirements in every jurisdiction in which they operate, including laws relating to:

  • consumer protection;
  • e-commerce and online marketplaces;
  • advertising and marketing;
  • taxation and invoicing;
  • customs, export, and import regulations;
  • product safety and labeling;
  • privacy and data protection;
  • sanctions and trade restrictions;
  • intellectual property;
  • labor and employment laws;
  • environmental requirements.

Sellers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all legal requirements applicable to their products, services, business activities, and jurisdictions.

1.2 Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

Sellers must not directly or indirectly:

  • offer, promise, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, improper payments, or anything of value intended to improperly influence decisions;
  • attempt to improperly influence Platform employees, contractors, moderators, or representatives;
  • engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or corrupt business practices.

Sellers must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including where applicable:

  • the UK Bribery Act;
  • the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA);
  • EU anti-corruption regulations;
  • local anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation.

1.3 Competition and Fair Market Practices

Sellers must not engage in anti-competitive, deceptive, or abusive practices, including:

  • price fixing or collusion;
  • market allocation;
  • manipulation of search, ranking, reviews, or marketplace systems;
  • fraudulent traffic generation;
  • unfair interference with competitors;
  • abuse of Platform tools or systems.

1.4 Trade, Export, and Sanctions Compliance

Sellers must comply with applicable:

  • customs regulations;
  • export controls;
  • trade restrictions;
  • economic sanctions laws.

Sellers may not engage in transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions or trade restrictions, including restrictions imposed by:

  • OFAC (United States);
  • European Union sanctions regulations;
  • United Kingdom sanctions regulations;
  • United Nations sanctions programs;
  • other applicable governmental authorities.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products can legally be sold, exported, imported, shipped, and possessed in the relevant jurisdictions.

2. Ethical Business Practices

2.1 Conflicts of Interest

Sellers must avoid any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest involving DailyDoll Shop.

Sellers may not:

  • attempt to improperly influence Platform staff;
  • offer incentives intended to affect moderation or enforcement decisions;
  • use personal relationships to gain unfair marketplace advantages.

2.2 Gifts and Hospitality

Any gifts, hospitality, or business courtesies involving Platform representatives must comply with applicable law and must never influence, or appear to influence, business decisions.

DailyDoll Shop may prohibit or restrict gifts and hospitality at its discretion.

2.3 Accuracy of Information and Recordkeeping

Sellers must:

  • provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to the Platform;
  • maintain accurate business, tax, accounting, and transaction records as required by applicable law;
  • ensure that listings, product descriptions, photographs, shipping information, pricing, and policies are not misleading or deceptive;
  • promptly update inaccurate or outdated information.

2.4 Public Communications

Sellers may not make statements on behalf of DailyDoll Shop or imply any official endorsement, partnership, representation, or agency relationship unless expressly authorised in writing.

2.5 Risk Management and Compliance Controls

Sellers must implement reasonable internal procedures appropriate to their business size and activities to:

  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • detect prohibited or unsafe products;
  • protect customer information;
  • maintain product quality and safety;
  • comply with Platform policies and legal obligations.

2.6 Seller Personnel and Training

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that Seller Personnel understand and comply with this Code and all applicable laws and Platform policies.

3. Labor Practices and Human Rights

Sellers must respect internationally recognised human rights and comply with applicable labor laws.

3.1 Non-Discrimination and Harassment

Sellers must provide a work environment free from:

  • discrimination;
  • harassment;
  • abusive conduct;
  • retaliation;
  • hate-based or unlawful conduct.

Compliance with DailyDoll Shop’s Anti-Discrimination & Harassment Policy is mandatory.

3.2 Prohibition of Forced and Child Labor

Sellers must not use or support:

  • forced labor;
  • bonded labor;
  • trafficked labor;
  • exploitative labor practices;
  • unlawful child labor.

Any employment of minors must fully comply with applicable labor and child protection laws.

3.3 Fair Compensation and Working Conditions

Sellers must comply with applicable labor laws relating to:

  • wages;
  • working hours;
  • overtime requirements;
  • health and safety obligations;
  • statutory benefits;
  • reasonable working conditions.

3.4 Freedom of Association

Sellers must respect lawful rights relating to freedom of association, union participation, and collective bargaining where protected by applicable law.

4. Environmental Responsibility

Sellers are encouraged to operate responsibly and minimise unnecessary environmental impact where reasonably possible.

Sellers must comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations relating to:

  • hazardous materials;
  • waste disposal;
  • chemical handling;
  • product restrictions;
  • packaging and labeling requirements.

Where feasible, Sellers are encouraged to:

  • reduce waste and pollution;
  • use sustainable or recyclable packaging;
  • dispose of materials responsibly.

5. Data Protection, Privacy, and Intellectual Property

5.1 Data Protection and Privacy

Sellers must protect personal information, confidential data, and marketplace information obtained through the Platform.

Sellers must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including where applicable:

  • GDPR;
  • UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act;
  • CCPA/CPRA;
  • other applicable privacy laws.

Buyer information may be used only for legitimate order fulfilment, customer support, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other authorised marketplace purposes.

Sellers may not:

  • sell or misuse buyer information;
  • use customer data for unauthorised marketing;
  • share confidential information with unauthorised third parties;
  • retain personal data longer than legally necessary.

5.2 Intellectual Property

Sellers must respect intellectual property rights and ensure that their products, listings, photographs, designs, trademarks, and materials do not infringe the rights of others.

Sellers may not:

  • sell counterfeit or infringing products;
  • use copyrighted images or trademarks without authorisation;
  • misrepresent ownership of designs or creative works;
  • use DailyDoll Shop branding, logos, or materials without written permission.

6. Marketplace Integrity

Sellers must not engage in conduct that harms buyers, other sellers, the Platform, or marketplace integrity.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • listing prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or restricted items;
  • review manipulation;
  • fake orders or fake traffic;
  • circumvention of Platform fees;
  • encouraging off-platform transactions intended to avoid Platform systems or protections;
  • creating duplicate, deceptive, or fraudulent accounts;
  • misrepresenting production, processing, or shipping timelines;
  • abusing refunds, disputes, or marketplace systems.

Sellers must comply with all applicable marketplace rules, including the Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Use, prohibited products policies, and dispute-resolution requirements.

7. Reporting Violations and Whistleblowing

Sellers are encouraged to report suspected:

  • violations of this Code;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • data misuse;
  • intellectual property infringement;
  • unsafe or prohibited products;
  • unethical conduct.

DailyDoll Shop prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith or participate in investigations.

8. Enforcement and Platform Actions

DailyDoll Shop may investigate suspected violations of this Code and may take actions it considers reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, legal compliance, or marketplace integrity.

Enforcement actions may include:

  • warnings;
  • listing removal;
  • content moderation;
  • temporary restrictions;
  • suspension of selling privileges;
  • withholding or delaying payouts where legally permitted and reasonably necessary;
  • removal of Verified or Trusted Seller status;
  • permanent account termination;
  • reporting to authorities where required by law.

DailyDoll Shop reserves the right to preserve evidence, cooperate with regulators or law enforcement, and implement fraud-prevention measures where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this Code limits any legal rights, remedies, obligations, or enforcement measures available under applicable law.
