Age Restrictions and Account Use
To use the DailyDoll Shop platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity under the laws of your country.
Persons under the age of 18 are considered minors.
Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances, in accordance with applicable child data protection laws (including but not limited to COPPA in the United States and GDPR in the European Union).
Use of an Account by Minors (Ages 13–17)
Persons aged 13 to 17 may use the platform only with the permission and under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
In such cases:
- the account must be registered in the name of the parent or legal guardian
- the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for all activity conducted through the account
- all personal and payment information must belong to the parent or legal guardian
Parents are encouraged to use available parental control tools (software, filters, etc.) to restrict access to content that may be inappropriate for minors.
Purchases
Minors aged 13 to 17 may not independently make purchases.
Any purchases must be made:
- with the permission of the parent or legal guardian
- under their direct supervision
- using payment information belonging to the parent or legal guardian
Sales
Minors aged 13 to 17 may sell goods on the platform only under the following conditions:
- the account is registered in the name of the parent or legal guardian
- all payment details belong to the parent or legal guardian
- the parent or legal guardian fully controls the account activity
- the parent or legal guardian bears legal responsibility for all transactions, including sales, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws
Responsibility for the Account
The account owner (parent or legal guardian) bears full responsibility for any actions performed through the account, including actions carried out by minor users.
