Fees and Payments Policy

Recent updates: including amendments effective March 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025, as well as conditions related to External Advertising.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. By opening a shop on DailyDoll.Shop, you agree to this Policy, the External Advertising Policy (if you activate subscription plans containing external advertising), and all other applicable platform documents.

1. Types of Fees and General Provisions

Sellers pay for the use of specific DailyDoll.Shop services, including product listings, sales commissions, and advertising services.
All fees are presented inclusive of VAT or similar applicable tax (see the “Taxes” section).
All platform service payments, including prepayments, are non-refundable.

1.1. Listing Fees

Listing fees apply and are reflected through subscription plans (see Section 8).

1.2. Marketplace Commission (Sales Commission)

A marketplace commission applies to every sale made through DailyDoll.Shop. It includes a transaction fee and a payment processing fee.

Base commission rates:

  • 23% — for new sellers (shops operating under general new-seller conditions);
  • 20% — for Trusted Sellers (after receiving the status, see Section 9).

Sellers who registered and obtained statuses before March 1, 2025 may retain their earlier rates (e.g., 15% or 18%) according to previously valid conditions and Section 9 (“Shop statuses and transitional provisions”).

Important:
The 40% and 37% commissions mentioned later do not replace the marketplace commission. They are additional advertising commissions applicable only when using External Advertising (see Sections 1.4 and 3).

1.3. Increased Commission in Case of Violations

If a seller repeatedly violates marketplace rules (e.g., fails to communicate with customers, fails to resolve disputes, does not ship orders) and their shop is closed, reopening is possible only with administrative approval. In this case:

  • a temporary increased commission applies: 28% for regular sellers (for 3 months), 23% for Trusted Sellers (for 3 months);
  • the shop is placed under enhanced monitoring.

1.4. Advertising and Promotional Fees

1.4.1. External Advertising (External Advertising Service)

External Advertising is a service where DailyDoll.Shop promotes your products across external platforms, including:

  • search engines,
  • social media,
  • partner advertising networks,
  • product directories,
  • external marketplaces,
  • affiliate traffic programs.

You list your products — and we drive traffic and buyers to your listings.

The External Advertising service is available only within special subscription plans (see Section 8: Start Plus, Standard Plus, Premium Plus) and is regulated by the External Advertising Policy, which is an integral part of this document.

External Advertising Commission:
The advertising commission applies only if:

  • the buyer arrives via the paid external advertisement;
  • the purchase occurs within the attribution window defined by the advertising network.

Advertising commission rates:

  • 40% — for new sellers using subscription plans with External Advertising;
  • 37% — for Trusted Sellers using subscription plans with External Advertising.

These advertising commissions:

  • apply in addition to the regular marketplace commission (20% / 23% / or as per status);
  • apply only to orders attributed to external advertising.

Thus:

  • sales without external advertising traffic only incur base marketplace commission;
  • sales through external advertising incur marketplace commission plus 40% / 37% advertising commission.

2. Prohibited Fee Avoidance

Any attempt to circumvent fees is strictly prohibited. Examples include:

  • encouraging buyers to complete a DailyDoll.Shop-initiated transaction outside the platform;
  • changing the price after a sale to avoid commission;
  • falsifying an item’s location;
  • using another user’s account without permission.

Listing prices must accurately represent actual sales conditions.

3. Payment of Fees to DailyDoll.Shop

Automatic deduction: fees (including advertising fees) are deducted from your billing balance when possible.
If funds are insufficient, you must settle the balance within 15 days.
DailyDoll.Shop may charge your linked payment method or take other lawful collection actions.
If you make sales while owing a balance, DailyDoll.Shop may apply net sales proceeds to outstanding fees.
Sellers may manually pay via credit/debit card or PayPal.
DailyDoll.Shop may suspend selling privileges until all outstanding balances are paid.

4. Payments From Buyers

DailyDoll.Shop allows sellers to accept payments in euros (and possibly other currencies) through:

  • major bank cards;
  • PayPal (where available);
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • Klarna (where available).

5. Taxes

In most cases, sellers are responsible for calculating and paying taxes associated with sales through DailyDoll.Shop, except when the platform is required to calculate, collect, and remit tax.

The term “VAT” includes GST, HST, and other local sales taxes unless otherwise specified.

5.1. Taxes While Listing Goods on DailyDoll.Shop (Spain Jurisdiction)

Under Spanish law, DailyDoll.Shop may calculate, collect, and remit sales tax/VAT for orders placed on the marketplace.
Tax calculation uses the category assigned by the seller to each listing.
Sellers are responsible for correct categorization and must compensate DailyDoll.Shop for losses arising from misclassification.

5.2. Withholding Tax

Marketplace commissions do not include withholding tax applicable in the seller’s country.
Sellers must pay DailyDoll.Shop the full commission and cannot deduct withholding tax.
In some jurisdictions DailyDoll.Shop may be required to withhold tax from seller payouts.

6. Other Government Fees

If local legislation requires additional fees (e.g., environmental fees), DailyDoll.Shop will collect them at checkout and remit them to the relevant authority.

7. Reporting to Government Authorities

Where legally required, DailyDoll.Shop provides seller data and transaction details to competent authorities.
Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or covered in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription Plans (Effective December 1, 2025)

All subscription plans do not auto-renew.
Listing limits apply to the number of active listings.
Promo code QWERTY grants a free subscription only to new sellers opening a shop for the first time. Renewals for existing sellers are paid.

8.1. “Start” Plan

Duration: 90 days
Limit: up to 100 listings
Auto-renewal: No

Basic entry-level plan for testing the platform.
New sellers may list free using QWERTY.
Renewal for existing shops is paid.

8.2. “Start Plus” (with External Advertising)

Duration: 90 days
Limit: up to 100 listings
Auto-renewal: No
Extra feature: External Advertising

Free activation via QWERTY for new sellers.
Renewals paid for existing sellers.
Advertising commissions 40% / 37% apply in addition to standard commission.

8.3. “Standard”

Duration: 180 days
Limit: up to 1,000 listings
Auto-renewal: No

Suitable for scaling shops.
Free activation for new sellers using QWERTY, renewals paid.

8.4. “Standard Plus” (with External Advertising)

Duration: 180 days
Limit: up to 1,000 listings
Auto-renewal: No
Extra feature: External Advertising

Advertising included.
Advertising commissions 40% / 37% apply in addition to the marketplace commission.

8.5. “Premium”

Duration: 365 days
Limit: up to 10,000 listings
Auto-renewal: No

Designed for high-volume sellers.
Paid subscription only.

8.6. “Premium Plus” (with External Advertising)

Duration: 365 days
Limit: up to 10,000 listings
Auto-renewal: No
Extra feature: External Advertising

Top-tier subscription.
Advertising included in full.
Advertising commissions 40% / 37% apply plus base commission.

9. Shop Statuses and Transitional Rules (from March 1, 2025)

New shops: base commission 23%, advertising commission 40% if external advertising is used.
Existing shops: retain earlier rates (15%, 18%, 20% etc.).
Inactive shops (no sales for 60+ days) and reopened shops follow new-seller rules.

Types of shop statuses:

  • Regular Shop – commission 23%
  • Verified Shop – commission 23%, extended moderation privileges
  • Trusted Shop – commission 15% (old shops) or 20% (new status after March 1, 2025)
  • TOP Seller – commission 15% / 18%, extra benefits

External advertising plans apply additional 40% / 37% advertising commissions for all statuses.

10. Payout Timeframes and Methods

Payouts to PayPal and SEPA bank accounts: 14–30 days.
Payouts to non-SEPA bank accounts: 20–40 days.

10.1. SEPA Countries

Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia.

10.2. Russia and Belarus (from May 25, 2025)

Payouts: from 30 business days (may vary).
Previous “Selling/Non-selling shop” statuses removed.
Orders before 25.05.2025 follow the official payout schedule.
Currency conversion uses the rate at payout time (fluctuations ±3–5%).

11. Seller Obligations When Using External Advertising

  • publish accurate and complete product descriptions;
  • keep stock and shipping information updated;
  • process and ship orders on time;
  • provide valid tracking numbers;
  • respond promptly to customers;
  • comply with EU, UK, and US consumer protection and advertising laws;
  • avoid traffic manipulation (click fraud, fake orders, etc.).

External Advertising activation is not automatic.

DailyDoll.Shop reviews:

  • shop completeness and quality;
  • listing quality (photos, descriptions, categories);
  • compliance with marketplace rules;
  • return/refund/delivery practices;
  • shop history (disputes, cancellations, reviews);
  • compliance with safety and quality standards.

DailyDoll.Shop may refuse activation without explanation.

12. Prohibited Items for External Advertising

  • Items prohibited by marketplace rules;
  • Copyright-infringing items;
  • NSFW, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content;
  • Low-quality or misleading goods;
  • Items violating EU, UK, or US laws;
  • Incomplete or false product data.

DailyDoll.Shop may disable advertising for any item at any time.

13. Transparency and Legal Compliance

DailyDoll.Shop complies with:

  • EU laws, including the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and the Digital Services Act;
  • UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and ASA advertising regulations;
  • US regulations, including FTC rules on truthful advertising and fee transparency.

All advertising commissions are fully disclosed and never applied secretly.

14. Changes to the Policy

DailyDoll.Shop may update this Fees and Payments Policy and the External Advertising Policy.
The latest revision date is always displayed at the top of the document.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

15. Seller Verification (KYC/KYB)

To maintain marketplace safety, DailyDoll.Shop verifies all sellers.

Individuals / Sole Proprietors must provide:

  • full name;
  • date of birth;
  • address;
  • phone;
  • social media links;
  • ID scan or photo.

Companies must provide:

  • legal name;
  • registered address;
  • registration number;
  • VAT number;
  • ownership information.

  • or reach out to support.

16. Recommendations for Maintaining Shop Status and Preventing Deactivation

Active shops (regular updates, order handling) keep their status without restrictions.
If no sales for 60+ days but the shop remains active, contact support to maintain privileges.
If the shop is inactive (no listings, no sales, no communication), privileges may be removed after 60 days.
If the shop is abandoned (no order fulfillment, no communication), full strict rules apply.
