Before you make a purchase, make sure that this is what you want. Before buying, please read the description in the listing. Keep in mind that the store has:

-digital items – they are available for download after payment and you will receive a description of how to make a toy/clothes in PDF file(s) format,

– finished items, produced by me, and you can order their delivery and receive them after a while.

When making a decision about buying a product in a store, I ask you to take into account the possible difference in the display of the colors of the items. It depends on your monitor settings.

 Delivery of finished items

Be sure that I am doing everything to ensure that your order is sent to the transport company in a timely manner and you receive it in the expected time.

The delivery of items is carried out with the help of transport companies in which certain rules apply, which I cannot influence. Therefore, I ask you to understand that I cannot be responsible for their activities.

I also ask you to take into account that on pre-holidays and holidays, the load on all transport companies increases significantly and as a result, delivery times may increase for these reasons. Keep this in mind if you buy “at the last moment” and be prepared for possible delays. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

In addition, these are difficult times for all countries and delivery times may take longer than usual. Please be patient if you decide to buy a finished items. If you are not ready to wait, do not buy.

Please keep in mind that some countries charge customs fees and taxes for parcels that are imported into your country. These fees are withheld by your government and are not included in the cost of your purchase.

 Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel the order before shipping. But if the package has been shipped, you cannot cancel your purchase. Therefore, before you buy, please read the description of the listing. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

I accept returns of items (except digital items), but I ask you to take into account that the amounts paid by you will be refunded minus the commissions of the marketplace. The cost is returned to the buyer after the seller receives the items back and checks the items for compliance with its original appearance. Sending the items back to the seller is paid by the buyer.

 Buying digital items

All digital products in the store are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. There are several payment methods available for your choice. The fastest and easiest way to pay the items is to pay by bank card.

To pay for the items, you must:

1. Go to the listing

2. Put the product in the cart by clicking the “add to basket” button

3. Then go to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon

4. Choose your country and city

5. Click the “Proceed to checkout” button

6. Register or skip registration

7. Fill in the data

8. Click the “Next” button

9. Choose a payment method and pay.

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to download the product. Check all the folders of your email mailbox, as the letter may end up in any of them, including the «spam» folder.
