Delivery Policies

All physical items will be shipped within 3 work or early of your cleared payment

International Shipping:

All orders are shipped via Belpost standart unless otherwise arranged. You receive the tracking number.

Delivery time depends on the buyer’s destination.

Orders shipped  should arrive within 10 -30 business days.

Please, be aware that delivery over holiday period always take much longer!!!!!!

It doesn’t depend on me.

In the case of lost package, please contact me immediately in order to find the best solution for you.

Refund and Exchange

The store carries out the exchange and return of only physical goods.

Contact me within 3 days after delivery

Send the goods back within 7 days from the date of delivery.

I do my best and hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact me! If you do require a refund, I would ask you to return the item in its original packaging within 7 days and I will arrange a refund for the product only.

Costs of returning the item is the buyer’s responsibility.

The store does not exchange, return digital goods or cancel an order.
