My name is Irina Prostova, and I am an artist specializing in the creation of high-end, life-size, realistic soft animal sculptures. I have been dedicated to this craft since 2017.
Animals have been my passion for as long as I can remember. At one point, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but I eventually realized that the emotional weight of that profession was not my path. Instead, my love for animals found a new expression. I spent years observing their forms, habits, and unique personalities, never imagining that this deep admiration would one day evolve into a lifelong career.
Based in my Moscow studio, I create custom, one-of-a-kind pieces for clients across the globe. While the majority of my sculptures are made-to-order, I occasionally offer ready-to-ship pieces for immediate purchase.
I am committed to ethical art and do not use natural fur. Instead, I use high-quality faux fur, internal skeletons, glass eyes, polymer clay, glass granulate, and synthetic fluff, which makes each sculpture incredibly soft and lifelike.
The paws, neck, ears, and tail of my creations are fully poseable. Thanks to their internal skeleton, they can be bent and adjusted into various natural positions.
Some of them are ready to ship and others are made to order.
