Terms of production of individual orders:

1) The goods that are in stock are packed within 1-3 days, then sent;

2) play dolls with one set of clothes – 5-7 days;

3) doll with wardrobe (which consists of 5 sets of clothes, 2 pairs of shoes and accessories) – 15-20 days;

4) splyushka-toy (with personalization) – 5-10 days;

5) rattle – 3 days;

6) elephant – 5-10 days.

I can make a personalized splyushka toy. Splyushka is a toy with which your child falls asleep calmly and comfortably.

When sewing interior / portrait and play dolls, I take into account all your wishes (color and shape of hair / clothes / shoes / accessories. We agree on all materials in correspondence).

All products are beautifully packaged.

Return of products is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the item which must be returned in its original condition.

Return at the expense of the seller, in case of marriage or in case of inadequate quality of the goods.
