1. Shipping & Processing:

• All items are shipped from Georgia within 1-3 business days after payment.

• I use international registered airmail with a tracking number.

• Estimated delivery: 2-4 weeks (depending on the destination country).

2. Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the delicate nature of handmade art dolls, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the doll.

3. Custom Orders:

• If a product is marked for “Backorder,” production takes 2-3 weeks.

• Please note that as each piece is handmade, slight variations from the original photo may occur.

4. Care Instructions:

• These are collector’s items, not toys for small children.

• Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources. Dry clean only.
