Order processing usually takes 2-10 days
I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

I make all the toys from high-quality materials. I use materials such as cotton, polyester, and hollow-fiber as a filler. My toys do not cause any allergic reactions.
Made with care and a lot of attention to details in a smoke-free and pet-free home.

We use a lot of packaging material so that the items does not break. Please open the parcel neatly.

• hand wash in cool water (30°C) with a mild soap baby detergent;
• gently squeeze the toy is not twisting, so as not to burst the threads;
• dry on a horizontal surface, do not hang;
• crochet toys should not be dried near heating appliances.

Please be aware that some countries impose customs fees and taxes for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by your government and outside of your purchase with me.

To speed up the customs procedure, we make a mark “Gift” in the customs declaration and indicate the cost so that you shall not pay the customs duty.
If your order is large and expensive, we can insure the parcel for a total amount, and in this case, the buyer will pay for all financial charges and customs duties of your country.

We start looking for the parcel if, according to its tracking number, its location is not changed within 14 days.
We will write an inquiry for search, according to the law, the Post Service can answer the inquiry from 30 till 90 days. For this period of time, the parcel will be either found and delivered, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is recognized as lost, you will get the 100% compensation of the sum of the order.
If the parcel is found but delivered with long delay, you will not get the compensation. All terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the post service.
The parcels are delayed about in 1% of cases.
