Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Returns and exchanges:
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- When will I receive my pattern(s)?
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If the confirmation takes some time, please don’t worry – no buyer was left without his/her order in my shop ;)
- I lost my pattern(s), can you replace them?
Sure! Contact me and I will send you files via email. Please include your order number and your email address.
Also, you can download purchased patterns from your Profile on DailyDoll Shop website.
- Can I exchange or return the pattern(s) I purchased?
All sales for digital items are final. PDF pattern(s) cannot be exchanged or returned after purchasing.
However, if you mistakenly purchased the same pattern multiple times, please contact me to resolve an issue.

- How to download a digital item?

- Care instructions for finished items:
!!! Please follow these Rules for care of crochet toys by BabyAmiToys:
* Hand wash at water temperature no higher than 30 degrees.
* Use a liquid detergent for delicate fabrics or for washing children’s clothes without bleach and stain remover (mild soap or shampoo will do as well).
* Dissolve the product, lather.
* Put the toy in soapy water.
* Apply the foam onto the sponge and gently wash the product.
* Periodically clean the sponge in soapy water.
* Try to wash the toy for no more than 5 minutes.
* When the delicate wash ends, DO NOT squeeze the toy!
* Dry on a flat towel surface until completely dry.
!!! To avoid deformation of the toys, please do not wash them in the washing machine.
- How long will I wait for my parcel?
STANDARD DELIVERY PERIODS:
All delivery periods are approximate.
USA – 9-18 working days
EUROPE – 6-18 working days
AUSTRALIA – 20-35 working days
During the period from November 01 till January 10, the delivery periods can be prolonged for additional 10 working days.
If the parcel is delivered to your post office and you don’t pick it up, the parcel will be sent back to the sender, and you will get return of 70% of the order total cost after the parcel is received by the sender. Please pick up your parcels.
- If the parcel is being delivered for a long time
We start looking for the parcel if, according to its tracking number, its location is not changed within 14 days.
We will write an inquiry for search, according to the law, the Post Service can answer the inquiry from 30 till 90 days. For this period of time, the parcel will be either found as delivered, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is recognized as lost, you will get the 100% compensation of the sum of the order.
If the parcel is found but delivered with long delay, you will not get the compensation. All terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the post service.
The parcels are delayed in about 1% of cases.
- Customs Clearance and Procedure
To speed up the customs procedure, we make a mark “Gift” in the customs declaration so that you shall not pay the customs duty.
If your order is large and expensive, we can insure the parcel for a total amount, and in this case the buyer will pay for all financial charges and customs duties of your country.
- Non-delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing the order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the post office, or requires reshipment due to the incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, payment system and DailyDoll Shop website fees.
