DailyDoll Shop (“the Platform”) is a global marketplace that connects creators, artists, vendors, freelancers, and customers worldwide.
All users must maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. This Policy establishes legally-binding rules governing discrimination,
harassment, hateful conduct, and prohibited behaviour on the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose and Scope
1.1. This Policy applies to all users, including Sellers, Buyers, and visitors, and governs all activity on the Platform, including listings, profiles, shop policies, reviews, comments, private messages, and any other user-generated content.
1.2. The Platform may enforce this Policy at its sole discretion to protect users, maintain marketplace integrity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
1.3. Users remain responsible for complying with all anti-discrimination, harassment, and consumer protection laws applicable in their own countries and in any countries where they sell, buy, or interact.
2. Protected Characteristics
The following characteristics (“Protected Characteristics”) are protected under this Policy. Any negative, exclusionary, or harmful conduct targeting individuals or
groups based on these characteristics is prohibited:
- Race
- Colour
- Ethnicity
- National origin or nationality
- Religion or belief
- Sex or gender
- Gender identity or expression
- Sexual orientation
- Physical or mental disability
- Age
- Pregnancy or maternity
- Marital or family status
- Veteran or military status
- Immigration status
- Genetic or health-related status
- Any characteristic protected by applicable law or by widely-recognised human rights standards
3. Definitions
Discrimination
Any act or policy that denies, restricts, or conditions access to goods, services, participation, or benefits based on a Protected Characteristic.
This includes exclusionary shop rules, refusal of service, differential treatment, or derogatory classification.
Hate Speech
Any expression—verbal, written, symbolic, visual, or digital—that attacks, abuses, dehumanises, demeans, threatens, or incites hostility, discrimination,
or violence against individuals or groups based on a Protected Characteristic.
Harassment
Unwanted, persistent, or severe conduct related to a Protected Characteristic that violates personal dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading,
humiliating, or offensive environment.
Hate Organisation or Extremist Group
Any group or individual engaged in, promoting, or advocating hatred, discrimination, violence, or exclusion based on Protected Characteristics or widely
recognised extremism criteria.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Platform:
- 4.1. Exclusionary or discriminatory shop policies, including statements refusing service or restricting access to any group based on Protected Characteristics.
- 4.2. Derogatory, abusive, hostile, or dehumanising language targeting individuals or groups based on a Protected Characteristic.
- 4.3. Slurs, epithets, coded hate expressions, or hate-based emojis/symbols.
- 4.4. Symbolism, imagery, gestures, or designs associated with hate organisations, extremist groups, or ideologies promoting hostility toward Protected Characteristics.
- 4.5. Listings that promote or glorify hate, violence, or discrimination, whether directly or through symbolism, coded references, or aesthetic depictions.
- 4.6. Targeted harassment, including bullying, intimidation, threats, unwanted contact, or coordinated attacks.
- 4.7. Doxxing, disclosure of personal information, or attempts to identify individuals based on Protected Characteristics.
- 4.8. Manipulating platform tools (reviews, reports, messaging) to harass, target, or discriminate against individuals or groups.
- 4.9. Refusal to provide goods or services, or offering different terms, pricing, or access based on Protected Characteristics.
- 4.10. Attempts to circumvent or evade enforcement, including creating new accounts following enforcement actions.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all shop rules, listings, advertisements, product descriptions, media files, and private communications comply with this Policy.
5. Seller Obligations
Sellers must:
- 5.1. Comply with all applicable anti-discrimination and fair-treatment laws in every jurisdiction in which they operate or ship.
- 5.2. Maintain clear, inclusive, and non-discriminatory shop policies.
- 5.3. Ensure that products and listings do not contain discriminatory, hateful, extremist, or otherwise prohibited content.
- 5.4. Use respectful, professional communication with Buyers.
- 5.5. Report abusive behaviour or violations promptly.
- 5.6. Cooperate fully with Platform investigations, enforcement, and moderation requests.
6. Reporting Violations
Any user may report discriminatory, hateful, or harassing conduct through:
- The “Report Abuse” function on a listing or profile
- Emailing [email protected]
Reports should include:
- Screenshots, text excerpts, or URLs
- Order numbers (if applicable)
- Date, time, and description of the conduct
- Any additional evidence supporting the report
The Platform may request additional information or clarification.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
7.1. The Platform reviews all reports and determines whether conduct violates this Policy.
7.2. Enforcement actions may include, without limitation:
- Removal of listings, media, or shop content
- Account warnings or educational reminders
- Temporary feature restrictions
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Blocking access to the Platform
- Restricting communication abilities
- Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities
- Preservation and disclosure of evidence when legally required
7.3. The Platform may take immediate action without notice if harmful or high-risk conduct is identified.
7.4. The Platform reserves full discretion to enforce this Policy to protect users, legal compliance, and marketplace integrity.
8. International Application
8.1. This Policy applies to all users globally, irrespective of location or legal jurisdiction.
8.2. Where local laws impose stricter requirements, users must comply with those laws. The Platform may enforce additional protections where required or appropriate.
8.3. Some content may be restricted or removed if it violates local legal requirements, safety standards, or regulatory obligations, even if permissible elsewhere.
8.4. Users agree that the Platform may preserve or disclose information to competent authorities to comply with legal obligations, investigations, regulatory requirements,
or court orders.
9. Updates to This Policy
The Platform may amend or update this Policy at any time.
A revised version will be posted with the updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
