Foxy brooch crochet pattern, PDF in English

Catch another brooch crochet pattern from a “big eyed animals” crochet series. Up to now I’ve  never met people who were not fond of foxes. This fox brooch would make an excellent gift for anyone dear to you or any fox lover would appreciate such a gift! It can cheer you up and it can embellish any piece of clothes.  Don’t you still believe? Give it a try!

Here is the list of what you’d need –

1. Basic crochet skills – magic ring, single crochet, decrease, increase.

2. Materials:

• Yarn: all of the same thickness. I use 100% mercerized cotton:

orange, black, white – Pekhorka Uspeshnaya  220 m/50 gr (240 yds/1.7 oz)

brown Lama Classic 235 m/50 gr (257 yds/ 1/7 oz)

• Corresponding  hook. Mine is  1,3 mm (US size 10)

• Filler

• Black beads for eyes

• Tapestry needle to sew the parts and a needle to sew on beads

• Black DMC thread for eyebrows

• Scissors

• Brooch pin, mine is 2 cm (0.7 inch)

• Optionally: pins, stitch marker
