- The information we send you
Occasionally, we will need to send you important messages about your use of the DailyDoll Shop, mobile applications, or other services (collectively, our “Services”). This policy applies to all such communications, including the terms, policies and user agreements applicable to your use of the Services, account statements, transaction information, privacy information, tax returns and other legal documents that will be provided to you electronically (collectively, “Electronic Communications”).
- Communications will be sent electronically
Under this policy, you consent to us providing you with electronic communications (including all legal terms and disclosures required by law) electronically. You also agree that your agreement with the electronic terms and disclosure has the same legal effect as if you had signed an agreement on paper. For example, if the language next to a button on DailyDoll Shop informs you that you agree to certain terms and conditions by clicking the button, then your clicking the button will have the same legal effect as signing the agreement on paper.
- Delivery of information
We may deliver electronic communications to you by (a) emailing them to the email address provided in your account, (b) posting them on DailyDoll Shop or mobile applications, or (c) making them available to you via the DailyDoll Shop specified in the email notification to you.
- Technical requirements for receiving e-mails
You must have the following in order to receive emails:
A computer or mobile device;
An Internet browser which supports 128 bit encryption with cookies enabled;
An active email address;
Sufficient electronic storage on your computer hard drive or other storage device and/or a printer installed to print the disclosures.
- Updating your contact information
To ensure that you receive emails, you must ensure that the contact information in your account is accurate. We will not be liable if you do not receive emails if you have not updated your contact information.
