Carefully read the description of each doll (size, weight, materials, mobility or static)!
When you buy a doll, you automatically agree with the characteristics listed in the description. If you are not satisfied with her size or mobility after receiving the doll, it is not a guarantee case and money is not refunded.

If you have any doubts about the purchase, email me with any clarifying questions about the doll. 

Shipping:
I have no responsibility or guarantee for the speed of the doll’s receipt, as it depends solely on the postal company. However, I will send you a tracking number to track the package. I also use this number to track the parcel until it is received.

Doll Warranty:
All of my dolls are made from high quality materials using the correct techniques and processes.

I make very sturdy doll boxes. But if the doll comes to you in a broken box and is damaged, email me and send me a photo and video.

Important! Record a video of you opening the entire package and box. You can then try to contact the post office for a refund from the postal company. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for the integrity of the post office.

If you drop or break the doll while using it – send me photos and video. I will fix the doll for free if it is possible and does not require a complete replacement of the head, torso or clothing. In that case, you will only pay for postage both ways.

If the damage can’t be repaired and requires only a complete replacement of a part of the doll or its clothing – send me a photo and I will tell you how much it will cost to repair it + postage back and forth.
