Boy doll knitting pattern, Patriotic knitting pattern

This cute toy is knitted on the double pointed needles.

You can knit a toy on 2 straight knitting needles. Make all the increases and decreases as instructed. Just make a side seams.

 The finished toy is also aviable at my shop.

To make this doll, you need:

* White, red, blue, beige and black yarn (I used wool blend yarn, 400 g/100 m). When using this yarn, the height of the toy is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm);

* 2 black beads to make eyes or safety eyes; I used half beads;

* Double pointed needles 3 mm;

* Hollow fiber stuffing;

* Sewing needle;

* Scissors.

Abbreviated terms used:

K – knit

M1 – make a stitch by lifting strand between stitches from front and knit in back of strand

P – purl

st – stitch

K2tog – knit 2 stitches together

sl1pw – slip one purlwise

RS – right side

WS – wrong side

cs – chain stitch

This pattern is at an easy/intermediate level. Previous knitting experience is recommended. You need to know how to work garter stitch, stockinette stitch, how to knit in circle.
