The order will be shipped by Russian Post with tracking number.

The shop is based in Russia so all goods for other countries will pass the custom-house. It can make the time of delivery longer than you'd await and be 4 or more weeks. So please be attentive with your purchases in OldCozyHome if you want to get your items for any special time (X-mas, Birthday party, Mother's Day, etc).

Please, note that the receiver of the order is responsible for any additional customs and import fees like VAT (also known as JCT, GST, SST, or QST in some countries) that may apply.
So, please, double check the taxes in the country of delivery in 12 hours after purchasing: I'll make a full refund if you cancel the order in this time (if you ask the canceling later, it'll be possible only if the order isn't shipped yet).

So it's no seller's fault if the buyer ignored messages from customs they should pay taxes and duties to the order and order wasn't received and was shipped back to the seller.
There're 2 ways in this case after the order will be returned to me (seller):
1. I do refund to buyer the price of order except shipping costs;
2. I resend the order to the buyer after they pay shipping price again and confirm they'll not ignore customs messages and pay the duties for receiving the order by rules.

Also, please, know that the mark 'gift' on the order gives nothing because of customs and VAT: I must show the price of the order in invoices and shipping papers.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
— custom or personalized orders
— digital downloads,
so no refunds for these items.

The order cancelled in 12 hours after purchasing or later before shipping:
— you'll be refunded fully.

You get your order but unhappy with it till you want to return it:
— you'll be refunded fully right after I'll get the item back and see it's okay. The shipping from you to me is on you and will not refunded.

Returns Details
I do my best for excellent quality and describing my goods, but If you are not happy with your purchase anyway and want to refund it, then:
— message me in 14 days of delivery the reason for returning with a photo of a wrap with the postal stamp of your PO with delivery date.
— get my confirmation of returning.
— ship in 21 days of delivery the item with a tracking number to me and message me this number.
Please, note: any returned items must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent out; in their original or similar packaging.
— when I receive the returned items and see that they are in perfect condition, you will be refunded with the cost of the item (taxes and shipping cost aren’t included).
