Delivery times in 2022 may increase due to illness. Please treat with understanding.

-If the parcel is lost (postal proceedings within 60-90 days)
You can do your own search for the package.

Custom and personalized orders:
If the goods are damaged or partially lost, please take a document about it from your mail and send it to me. And then I will solve this issue.
I accept exchange and return. But you must provide me with a photo or video confirmation that the goods are damaged.
