List of recommended materials and tools:

Cotton thread Iris by Kirov (25g/150 m) – main light blue color – you will need about one half of the yarn ball.
Size 0.9 mm crochet hook;
Glass eyes d. 8 mm;
Toy stuffing;
Florist wire d. 0.3 mm, you will need 80 cm length;
Seed beads;
Clear glue;
Sewing needle, scissors, pins;
Soft pastel blue color and a synthetic angle brush;
Optionally: permanent marker blue color.
Brooch pin size 3 cm.

It may help to choose your favorite materials instead but to keep brooch size I recommend using crochet hook size not bigger than 2 mm
Final size of the dragon with the recommended materials and tools will be about 8 cm without the tail length.
