Mister Tranq frog toad brooch crochet pattern, PDF tutorial, in English

I read some article where the needlework is galled yoga of the 21^st century. So let’s crochet  and wear together with me the this frog-brooch “Mister tranquility” and get twice relaxed)))

(Due to the presence of small parts, this toy is not suitable for the children under 10)

The written pattern in .pdf format consists of 10 pages and includes around 45photos.

This crochet tutorial is written in English (US terms).

To crochet frog brooch  you would need:

1. Basic crochet skills: magic ring, single crochet, decrease, increase

2. Materiales:

l Any lace yarn. All colors are of the same weight. Mine are 100% mercerized cotton Pelican by Vita (330 m / 50 gr – 365 yds/ 1.76 oz) in green (basic), white (to make eyes) and mustard (to make the stripes on the belly)

l Matching hook. Mine is 0.75 mm (metric)

l Filler

l Eyes. I have glass eyes on a stem, 2mm. Beads will do as well.

l Round pliers and glue to glue on the eyes.

l Black embroidery floss to embroider the mouth.

l Brooch pin, mine is 2 cm

l Scissors, fine needle

l Pins

l Stitch marker (I have a contrasting thread)

3. My detailed crochet tutorial. Good mood as an addition.

If you use the materials mentioned above, the size of the brooch is 5.5 x 5.5 cm (~ 2×2 inches).
