Knit horse pattern, Horse knitting pattern in English

This horse stuffed animal is decorated with the image of blue rose. The legs of the toy are movable.

The body of the toy is knitted on straight knitting needles and consists of two parts, sewn together. The ears are also knitted on straight needles. The legs are knitted on double-pointed needles in a circle. However, you can also knit them on straight knitting needles following the instructions and sew a back seam.

To make this pattern, you need:

* White, blue and light blue yarn. I used Alize Lanagold Fine, wool blend, 390 m/100 g as well as cotton yarn of the same thickness. When using this yarn, the finished toy is 22 cm (about 8 3/4 inches) tall;

* Yarn to make the tail and mane. I used Alize Romantika yarn (40% cotton, 34% acrylic, 26% polyamide), 250 m / 50 g;

* 2 black beads to make eyes;

* Double pointed needles;

* Hollow fiber stuffing;

* Crochet hook to attach the mane and tail;

* 4 buttons with two holes;

* Strong thread for sewing on legs;

* Buttons or other decorations;

* Sewing needle;

* Scissors.

Abbreviated terms used:

K – knit

P – purl

st – stitch

M1 – make a stitch by lifting strand between stitches from front and knit in back of strand

K2tog – knit 2 stitches together

sl1pw – slip one purlwise

RS – right side

WS – wrong side
