ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

1. For dolls, gnomes and toys IN STOCK, the order processing time is 3-5 days.

2. For dolls, gnomes and CUSTOM toys, the order processing time depends on the complexity of the work, the availability of materials and the order of orders. All details of the order are discussed individually with the buyer.

3. For digital goods, the download is available immediately after payment.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Free shipping by postal service to most countries of the world.

2. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in his country. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs or postal service.

3. If the buyer did not pick up the parcel from the postal service and it was sent back after the expiration of the storage period, then the cost of resending is paid by the buyer.

REFUND POLICY

1. I do not accept refunds and exchanges when buying ready-made dolls, gnomes and toys.

2. I do not accept refunds when buying digital goods. The exchange is possible only if the same digital product was purchased twice by mistake. In this case, the buyer can choose a replacement from the catalog at the same price.
